Product Support Admin
Support the functioning of the Service Department by performing the following duties: Open work orders as requested by the department managers; review/prepare and flag customer and internal and equipment work orders for closing
Create service quotes, agreements and process customer purchase orders
Enter all time and expenses for service technicians and track vacation time/schedule
Submit warranty claims and returns of warranty parts.
Schedule all PM services in the field, FC's and schedule 90 day warranty follow-up inspections
Answer service department phones; process/direct calls as needed and distribute department mail (service and parts); maintain forms and supplies
Research machine information via Komatsu's site, sales literature and/or service manuals for customers
Process KOWA Oil samples and retrieve results
Maintain records for crane inspections (truck and shop cranes), daily vehicle inspection reports and coordinate DOT physicals for service technicians.
Branch liaison for Parts' Books & O/M manuals rental fleet and new customer machines
Coordinate new service technician orientation and training; process and track technicians' boot orders and tool reimbursements.
Assist with administrative functions for General Product Support Manager as required and reception desk coverage as needed
Minimum 2-5 years administrative experience or associate's degree and 1 year experience.
